IDES (Int'l Disaster Emergency Service) Trip
Noblesville, IN Trip – March 9-10, 2018
A team will spend the day in Noblesville helping IDES build sheds (and/or whatever is needed) for communities throughout the U.S. impacted by recent disasters. The sheds give people a place to keep possessions while they live in temporary housing.
The dates and times are very flexible. Arrive on Friday or Saturday. Leave on Saturday by 4 p.m. EST. Space is limited to 16 people at the facility. Showers, restrooms and a small kitchen will be available for our use. There is a total of 8 bunk beds. Guests are asked to bring sleeping bags or bedding, pillows and towels. Food will be determined. The suggested donation to stay overnight is $10 per person/per night. However, discounted hotel rooms are available minutes away. Noblesville also has many antique stores, shopping, movie theaters and great food available to you in our free time. Along with fellowship, we are welcome to use their prayer room upstairs-we encourage you to take time while you are there to be with the Lord in prayer over the various needs around the world.
All skill levels welcome. No experience necessary!
