Directions

CCCH is located at 5750 Holmes Ave in Clarendon Hills, IL, one block south of the Jewel/Osco on 55th Street. You can find us on the west side of the street. (Click here for a map to our campus)

Parking

CCCH offers ample parking at both service times. We have specified visitor parking spots as well as parking for parents with small children. At your first visit, we suggest you park in our north parking lot, right next to the church building, as this location is closest to our Welcome Center.

Welcome Center

When you first visit CCCH, be sure to stop by our Welcome Center, located on the north side of the building, directly across the hall from our Worship Center. Our friendly volunteers can answer any questions, give you information about who we are and what we offer, and direct you to classrooms or children's programs. We also have a free gift for you!

Worship Services

Worship at the Christian Church of Clarendon Hills is a dynamic yet meaningful experience. Our services offer inspiring music and relevant, biblical teaching. We celebrate communion (or the Eucharist) every week, and all Christ-followers are welcome to participate. Services last an average of 75 minutes. At the end of each service we offer an opportunity for someone to pray with you in a confidential, one-on-one setting.

What to Wear

At CCCH we invite you to wear whatever is comfortable for you. Some people wear suits, while others come in jeans and a t-shirt. Worship at CCCH is very relaxed and allows for you to be you when worshiping here.

Adult Classes

One of our vehicles for helping you learn about the Christian life are our Sunday mornings adult classes. We have a variety of environments to fit every learner. These classes meet during both service times. Click here for a list of these classes and our other mid-week connection opportunities.

Children and Students

Because we value the safety and security of your child, children are given an identification number when you check them into one of our children's programs. This number is used when picking your child up at the end of the service and also allows volunteers to find you if they need to communicate with you during a worship service. All of our staff have undergone background checks and strive to provide a safe, loving environment for your child. Should you have any questions or need help finding a classroom, please stop by the Welcome Center outside the Worship Center and someone will be happy to help.

Nursery

We offer childcare for newborns through 2 year-olds in our nursery, located just east of the Chapel (on the south side of the building). In addition, there is a private nursing room provided for your convenience.

      Preschoolers

Preschoolers (2-year-olds through Kindergarden) meet in our Children's wing, located behind the main sanctuary on the west side of the building. They enjoy Sunday School classes during the 9:00 a.m. service, and Children's Church during the 10:45 a.m. service. Both options offer kids an opportunity for interaction with others their age as they learn Bible stories and lessons about faith, joy, hope, and love. Children may stay for one service or both, and we offer fun activities for them in-between services.

      Children

Our grade school (grades 1 - 4) children's programming is located in the Chapel (on the south side of the building). On Sunday morning we offer two different formats: At 9:00 a.m., kids get rockin' with Crosswalk, a large group time of worship, teaching and communion; at 10:45 a.m., kids can learn about God and His Word in small groups. Children may stay for one service or both, and we offer fun activities in-between services.

      Students

We offer several Sunday morning groups for the following grade levels:

  • 5th and 6th grade students - meet at 9:00 a.m. in room B-212 (across the hall from the Worship Center) for a time of fellowship and Bible study. During the 10:45 a.m. service, students are encouraged to worship with the adults in the Worship Center.
  • Jr. High students (7th - 8th grade) - meet in room B-211/213 at 9:00 a.m. for fellowship and Bible study. During the 10:45 a.m. service, students are encouraged to worship with the adults in the Worship Center.
  • High School students - meet in room B-211/213 at 10:45 a.m. for teaching and fellowship. Our adult leaders create a dynamic worship experience for students using video, interactive discussions and teaching that challenges kids to think differently about the influences they encounter.
